The furnace is constructed from reinforced mild steel plates of substantial thickness and is supported on a heavy fabricated stand suitable for gear/motor tilting, hydraulic with power pack tilting system all are user selection. The gear drive consists of two cylinders
at both ends get tilted with power pack and directional valve.
The furnace can be fitted with Axis’s fuel efficient
conventional/compact combustion system for the fuels like HSD,LDO, LSHS, FUEL OIL PG, NG, LNG, CNG, and LPG. The burner I designed fire tangentially from the shell to the pouring axis. Waste gases pass through the chimney on top, which can be serve as a charging door. This ultimately serves in other way to preheat the
solid scrap. Furnace Extraction unit can be offered as an optional. |
