Axis Centrifugal Air Blowers are used in the applications, where the requirement of air for combustion, suction, blowing, venturisuction, dust collection, and scrubbers etc.,
Axis Centrifugal Air Blowers are designed with impellers of backward & forward curved blades, materials of mild steel, aluminum, FRP, and Heat resistant – materials. Our blowers are designed in such away with water cooling, jackets to operate with hot air of 350oC.

Axis centrifugal air blowers had three variants which are

  1. Direct Drive (DD),
  2. Belt Drive (BD),
  3. Coupling Drive (CD).
Direct Drive Impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft. Therefore the speed of the impeller will be as same of motor used in ambient air handling requirements.
Belt Drive Impeller will be mounted on the rearing shaft and it will be driven by the motor shaft through pulleys & belt. Impeller speed can be designed based on the customer requirements. But it has limitations like torque,  pressure, volume and load current .
Coupling Drive Impeller will be directly coupled with motor. This model is widely used  in places where the requirements of motor load are huge. In this case,  impeller speed will be as motor sped. But motor torque will be minimized on the impellers due to couplings.
